1. Shipping Discount. We offer a shipping discount on orders of merchandise over $200.00 sent by U.S. Priority Mail that don't require an oversize box and are shipped to U.S. destinations only. Discounted orders will be billed our minimum U.S. shipping fee for orders under $50.00. Sorry, this discount is not available for U.S. orders that require an oversize box, for those shipped by Express Mail, by UPS or for international orders.
2. U.S. Orders--Methods of Shipping. Our normal method of shipment to destinations in the United States is insured Priority U.S. Mail. On request, we can also ship by UPS; there will be a $6.50 handling fee for all orders shipped by UPS because this is their pick-up fee for our area. For your safety, all gifts are insured.
3. U.S. Orders--Oversize Box. Coyote's Game tries to ensure that all merchandise arrives in good condition. Items that are very fragile such as Native American pottery and items that must be shipped in a box larger than 12" x 12" x 12" such as beaded belts, wall hanging kachinas and some blanket toys, will require oversize boxes. Under the U.S. Postal Service's May 2007 rates and regulations, shipping on all oversize packages is based on size, weight and the destination zip code zone. In order to be fair to all of our customers, we are no longer able to give a fixed shipping rate for the items listed above. The shipping cost listed on your order will not be correct for orders requiring an oversize box.
4. U.S. Orders--Oversize Box, Shipping Cost & Method. The cost for shipping beaded belts, wall hanging kachinas, some blanket toys and pottery, and more than one large or fragile item shipped together, to U.S. destinations is the actual shipping and insurance plus $4 handling. Orders requiring oversize boxes may be shipped by Parcel Post, rather than by Priority Mail, in order to reduce your shipping costs. If you prefer Parcel Post please note this in the Special Instructions section of our order form. For your safety, all gifts are insured. We're happy to give you a shipping estimate before you order. Email us your zip code and the item(s) you wish to order. We'll email you back an estimate based on the shipping method of your choice.
5. Overnight Shipping. We cannot offer overnight shipping because there is no guaranteed overnight shipping by U.S. Mail out of New Mexico. We can ship Express Mail which may arrive overnight or guaranteed second day, or we can ship by UPS Overnight or Second Day Air on request. The shipping cost for Express Mail is actual shipping cost plus $2 handling. The shipping for UPS Overnight or Second Day Air is actual shpping and insurance costs plus a $ 6.50 handling fee.

7. International Shipping. At the present time we accept credit card orders from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders from other countries must be paid either by wire transfer or an international money order in U.S. dollars.
8. International Shipping Charges. Tne international shipping charges shown in the table below are approximations based on the U.S. Postal Service's international rates. Once you have placed your order, we will determine the best shipping method. Our international shipping fees to any destination outside the United States are actual shipping charges plus a $6.00 handling fee. If shipping costs are greater than estimated, we will email you to get your approval. You can also email us for estimated shipping costs before you order.
9. International Orders--Method of Shipping. When possible, we ship international orders by insured U.S. Mail to reduce shipping costs. In addition to Priority Mail, the U.S. Postal Service now offers international Express Mail. Email us for availability and prices for this faster shipping service. The postal services of many countries prohibit shipping jewelry and items made of precious metals through the post. If this is the case, we will ship by UPS. Please note that we can only ship items by U.S. mail that comply with the shipping regulations for each country.
10. International Orders--Shipping Insurance or Indemnity. Under the U.S. Post Office's new international shipping regulations, insurance is not available for Priority Mail to some countries such as Great Britain and Mexico. Where an indemnity is available, we can ship merchandise up to the value of the indemnity, but not beyond. Merchandise retailing for more than the indemnity must be shipped by Express Mail where full insurance is available.
11. Customs Fees on International Orders. We will fill out all of the necessary customs forms to expedite your international order, including any special forms relating to free trade agreements between your country and the U.S. Please be aware that we are a business and cannot ship international orders as gifts, so you may be asked to pay VAT, import tax or, in the case of merchandise sent by UPS, a brokerage fee on your order.
12. Processing Time for International Orders. All international orders will take about 2 weeks to process so that we can fill out all necessary customs documents and international invoices. 13. Cost of Shipping Special Items. Some merchandise will cost more to ship outside the United States, due to size, weight or fragile nature. If you are ordering an item designated as large, fragile or heavy (such as pottery, wall-hanging kachinas, or blanket toys) your shipping charge may be higher than estimated.
