The New Look in Rug Necklaces

Navajo elder Joanne Hunter's latest creations combine 11º seed beads in coordinating shades with a traditional Navajo rug design. She finishes each necklace with a lighthearted flock of mother of pearl birds that could just have flown out of her loomwork. Each loomed Tree of Life panel measures 2" wide x 5" long.
